Michael J. Urban, Psy.D., HSPP

Dr. Urban is a graduate of Indiana State University where he earned his Doctor of Psychology Degree.  He has been in full time private practice since 1989 and provides a comprehensive array of services including individual, family, and marital therapy; psychological assessment; business consultation; and athletic performance enhancement.

Jeffrey M. Huttinger, Psy.D., HSPP

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Huttinger earned his Doctor of Psychology Degree from Indiana State University.  He has been in full time private practice since 2006.  He provides a comprehensive array of services to children, adolescents, and adults including individual, family, and couples therapy; psychological assessment; forensic/court evaluations; child custody evaluations; and consultation services.

Laura L. Fredendall, Psy.D., HSPP

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Fredendall is a graduate of Indiana State University where she earned her Doctor of Psychology Degree.  She has been in full time private practice since 2000 and provides individual, family, and marital therapy, and psychological assessment.  She specializes in anxiety disorders, PTSD, and women's issues.

Kathryn A. Springer, Psy.D., HSPP

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Springer is a licensed psychologist and practicing attorney. She obtained her Doctor of Psychology from Indiana State University in 2004 and her Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 1998.  Dr. Springer provides a full range of services to individuals, couples and families out of her Sullivan Office.

Thomas E. Rea, Psy.D., HSPP

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Rea is a 2008 graduate of Indiana State University where he earned his Doctor of Psychology degree.  He has been in private practice since 2012 and serves clients of all ages.  He provides individual, family, and marital therapy; assessment for ADHD, depression, and anxiety.

Joseph R. Biggs, Ph.D., HSPP

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Biggs graduated from Indiana State University in 1989 with a Doctor of Philosophy degree.  He provides individual, family, and marital therapy and serves clients of all ages.  Among his areas of interest includes: health psychology, bereavement, depression and anxiety.

Troy Hardwick, LMHC, LCAC

Troy Hardwick, M.Ed. earned his degree from Indiana State University in 1992.  Troy brings many years of experience to the practice from both the inpatient and outpatient settings.  He provides individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.  Areas of interest included anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and grief/loss. In addition to being a licensed clinical addictions counselor, he is qualified as a SAP for those needing to comply with Department of Transportation guidelines to address employment issues.

Dawn Castner-Rector, Ph.D., HSPP

Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Castner-Rector graduated from Indiana State University in 2004 with a Doctor of Philosophy degree.  She provides individual, family, and marital therapy and serves a primarily adult population.  Among her areas of interest includes: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Domestic Violence, and Grief.

Brandi Caudill-Roach, Ph.D.

Doctoral Level Clinician

Dr. Caudill-Roach graduated from Indiana State University in 2021 with a Doctor of Philosophy degree.  She provides individual, family, and marital therapy and serves clients of all ages.  Dr. Caudill-Roach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral therapy as well as a mindfulness based approach to help others reach their goals.  Among her areas of interest includes: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Social and Behavioral Concerns, and Grief. Dr. Caudill-Roach is proficient in psychological assessment of ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders, as well as other concerns which require further investigation.

Abbie Jones, Ph.D.

Licensed School Psychologist

Dr. Jones graduated from Indiana State University in 2021 with a Doctor of Philosophy degree. Dr. Jones brings years of experience working with children, adolescents, schools, and families to our practice, with an emphasis upon psychological assessment and the application of behavioral interventions. She provides a wide range of behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults and specializes in the diagnosis of and interventions for executive functioning deficits including Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, and Conduct Disorder.

Kaitlyn Saunders is Master's level therapist currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Indiana State  University. She provides services to children, adolescents and adults including treatment of depression, anxiety, behavioral issues as  well as assessment for ADHD, depression and anxiety.
